Rails Developer and Project Director

If you are an experienced (and this is a must) Ruby on Rails developer with the ability to conduct monitoring and follow-up meetings with clients, carry out requirement analyses and manage development projects, we would love to talk to you (and we’re sure you’d like to talk to us, too).

Each one of us could be the best in a company of dunces. We know a lot, but what really motivates us is to work with talented people and enrich each other mutually. We want to keep on learning and working together in a good environment. If you want the same, please get in touch with us. Teleworking is a possibility, wherever you live, but we would prefer, for proximity to clients, someone living in Barcelona, and secondly, in Madrid.

Office Microcomputer and Backoffice Operation

We are also looking for someone to work full-time in our Madrid office, a quick walk from the Puerta de Alcalá, to be in charge of:

1. Maintenance for basic computing infrastructure in the office (PC and Windows support, network printers...)

2. Generating ideas4all activity reports (knowledge of SQL is essential, we’ll tell you all about the data model later)

3. Operating ideas4all’s Back office and our platform for some clients (you won’t need to do any programming, we’ll teach you how to use our tool as an operator)

4. Depending on your level of motivation, you could also learn how to manage configuration of our environment, then move on to production and some programming of the interface, so that you may carry out some changes yourself.

Points 1, 2 and 3 are indispensable, and point 4 is a possibility. We don’t care about diplomas and qualifications too much, but you do need to be knowledgeable, able, and have the desire to make a difference.
